Locus is a place, a locality, a center, a hub, a source of activity of power where people can learn, be in community and fellowship, spiraling off into their sphere of influence. Locus is a fountainhead that springs up and waters everything around it.

Happiness and Peace
"God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from Himself, because it is not there. There is no such thing." ~ C.S. Lewis
3 what we have seen and heard we proclaim now to you, so that you too may have fellowship with us; for our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son, Jesus Christ.
4 We are writing this so that our joy may be complete.
This fellowship is the voluntary commitment to the commandment as written in mark verse 12:33
TO LOVE HIM WITH ALL THE HEART AND WITH ALL THE UNDERSTANDING AND WITH ALL THE STRENGTH, AND TO LOVE ONE'S NEIGHBOR AS HIMSELF.
The reward of doing this is complete joy or full joy the Greek word here for full implies crammed, stuffed and overflowing.
